The conference will occur April 2-6, with an opening reception on Sunday April 2 @ 6PM and a closing reception on Wednesday April 5 @ 6PM.
The 2023 Ignite Conference will be held at the beautiful and historic NOPSI Hotel in downtown New Orleans, Louisiana. A 1920s-era building re-imagined as a 217-room hotel featuring a roof top pool, gorgeous décor, and state of the art conference facilities.
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is just 11 miles west of downtown New Orleans. As a lead presenter, half of the registration fee will be waived. However, you will need to cover your own travel and hotel expenses.

Cancellation of 2023 conference registration for any reason must be received in writing by March 1st, 2023. It must also be canceled online. A $50 USD handling fee will be withheld. No refunds will be made after March 1, 2023. Cancellation requests received after March 1, 2023, or no-shows, are subject to the full registration fee. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received prior to the conference. Written notices should be sent by email to ignite@tripspark.com.
You will have access to learning tracks in Fixed Route (Streets), Paratransit / On-Demand (Novus and PASS), and Ridesharing (RidePro).
Sessions will provide training, client-led industry discussions, and feedback sessions with our team. You can expect to leave Ignite with actionable industry insights, a broader skill set, and deeper understanding of the software you are using.

Yes! TripSpark has a call for abstracts for customers to share their stories. Do you know an engaging industry expert, with a great story, who you'd love to hear speak at Ignite? A special rate of $189 has been negotiated for TripSpark Ignite Conference attendees. State and local taxes are additional. Reservations can be made using the group reservation portal when booking your accommodation.

All breakfast and lunches, appetizers, and snacks at the opening reception, and at the final night dinner are included in your registration fee. No – but dress comfortably. You’ll be moving around for a good portion of the event, so don't wear shoes that hurt your feet after an hour, tight jeans that restrict your movement, or clothes that make you either too hot or too cold.
New Orleans is world-renowned for its distinctive music, Creole cuisine, unique dialects, and its annual celebrations and festivals, most notably, Mardi Gras.
